The largest programme we run. One ERP now handles projects, finance, HR and procurement for 150+ daily users across four countries. Structural beam design dropped from four hours to five minutes, and drafting automation saves 100 to 200 hours a project. The tools sit inside AutoCAD and Revit, where the engineers already work.

Quotes, stock, purchasing and fulfilment moved off spreadsheets onto one system built around how the business actually sells. We also advise on AI compute and hardware, so what they buy and resell is sized against real workloads instead of vendor advice.

Counter, workshop and books on one system for tailors, abaya and kandura ateliers, fabric suppliers and wholesalers. FTA-compliant VAT in AED, saved measurement profiles, deposits at booking and balance at collection, production queues across branches, and order updates to the customer over WhatsApp.

Those are the two points where fitness apps normally lose people.
