The site is information, not an offer
Nothing here is a binding offer to provide services, and nothing here forms a contract. Engagement durations, deliverables and prices described on the service pages are typical rather than promised. What we would actually do for you, and what it would cost, is scoped and agreed in writing before any work starts.
The field notes are not advice for your situation
The articles under Insights are general observations drawn from our own experience. They are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for looking at your circumstances. Where an article touches on tax or regulation, treat it as background and confirm anything that matters with your own accountant, lawyer or the relevant authority. Rules change and articles carry the date they were written.

The writing, design and code of this site belong to Blue Diamond Technology. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. Republishing it wholesale, or using it to train a model you then sell, is not something we license.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
