What this website collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.
Blue Diamond Technology is a sole establishment licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, trade licence CN-6665810. This policy covers this website. It does not cover the systems we build for clients, which are governed by the contract for that engagement.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send us. That is your name, your organisation if you give one, your work email address, the areas you select, and the message you write.
There is nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a third party, so simply reading these pages sends no request to anybody but us.
What happens to a brief you send
It is delivered by email to haris@bluediamondme.com using Resend, an email delivery provider, which means your message passes through their systems in transit. It is read by the principal. It is not shared outside the practice, not sold, and not added to any marketing list.
We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially relevant and for as long as our own record-keeping obligations require. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their infrastructure records standard request information, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
Links to other sites
We link to our clients' websites. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's site, under their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they collect.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Email haris@bluediamondme.com and we will answer.
Changes
This page is dated. If we change how the site works, we change this page and the date on it. Last updated 5 August 2026.
