Large firms write good strategy and then leave. Development shops build what they are told to build. Both are reasonable businesses, and most AI programmes in this region die in the gap between them: after the deck and before the deployment.

We hold both sides on purpose. Whoever recommends the approach has to make it run in your environment, against a number you set before we started. Being on the hook for that changes what gets recommended, and it is the single thing that most distinguishes how we work.

It also means we say no more often than a firm selling hours would. A framing engagement that ends in "do not build this" has done its job, and you have spent weeks rather than quarters finding out.

We stay small deliberately. The same person leads every engagement from framing through handover, and specialists come in per project rather than sitting on a bench that has to be kept busy. You are not handed to a delivery team you have never met once the contract is signed.
